Bunuelo Stars

A quick easy Holiday Treat,
fun for the whole family.

Ingredients:

4 Flour tortillas

3 tbsp. ground cinnamon

6-8 tbsp sugar

vegetable oil, for frying

Chocolate ice cream to serve

Fine chocolate shavings or
orange rind strips to decorate

1. Cut totillas into star shapes.
(using sharp scissor
or knife)

2. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.

3. Heat oil in wide
shallow pan.
Fry stars in oil browning both sides.

4. Spinkle with cinnamon sugar mix.

5. Serve with ice cream and decorate.
