Pray for Those in Authority

As the years go by, it is getting increasingly difficult to bring material goods into Mexico to help these precious children. The Christmas gift program will be reduced due to the Mexican government restrictions. They are permitting only 20 boxes of gifts.
There will be a fee charged for any extra boxes.
Please pray for those in authority to do the right thing and ease these restrictions. In the past we had to deal with payoffs to bring items across the border. We have even been pulled over and told money would be required to go on or we would have to return after paying off the Mexican border guards.
Thanks for your prayers and continued support.

Merry Christmas

Three of our girls enjoying ice cream cones. Kids are kids no matter what country they're from.

They really enjoy Ice cream, but believe it or not, they would rather have fruit. They even like fruit more than cakes an other sweets. We sure are glad about that. So we see to it they always have some fruit.

Doc Chavez even makes a banana drink for the boys at the Ranch and they love it.

Good Students

All our children do well in school, because they have to do their homework before going out to play or watch T.V.. The older ones are able to help the younger ones which is a blessing. The house parents help all. We now have two boys going to college in Acuna. Zuriel and Alain are living at the Acuna Home so they can attend college. We pray that all our children will be able to further their education.

Singing For Joy

Our children all love to sing, so when groups come they love to perform for them. They get lots of practice, as Gerson (the house father) plays guitar and leads them. They sing at Sunday service, and at the nursing home in Acuna at Christmas time. They have learned to sing some choruses in english, which surprises many visitors. It's not only their singing, but hand and body movements that make them so entertaining. I wish you could all be here to hear and see them.
